A holistic view of responsibility, growth, and values
2025 was once again marked by a high level of activity, growth, and several exciting energy projects carried out together with our clients in the utilities sector. We believe that transparency and respect are two essential keys to meaningful growth and shared knowledge.
For us, the bigger picture is what matters most. Each fact and figure in the report can stand on its own. In addition to the more technical data, the report also highlights our focus on social responsibility, open leadership, value-driven employee engagement, and how we support charitable organisations such as Café Parasollen in Vejle.
As a medium-sized consulting engineering company, our direct CO₂ footprint is not the largest. However, through our advisory services and close collaboration with the utilities sector, we contribute to reducing their footprint.

ESG reporting is not a legal requirement for a company like Added Values. However, we have chosen to follow the voluntary common European standard for VSMEs, which includes the most in-demand ESG disclosure points across companies.
