As specialised Danish engineering consultants, Added Values provides consultancy services to customers in the energy sector. Our primary focal areas are to optimise the investments of new plants and to optimise the operation of existing plants.
In cooperation with our customers in the energy sector, we bring added value in their investments as well as in their daily energy production in existing plants. That has been our mission for more than ten years.
All our customer projects include development, consultancy and research. This approach ensures maximum value creation for the customer.
We deal with both long-term strategic cases in which we help companies to optimise their investment and plant portfolio, and with start-ups and operation optimisation of plants.
Added Values’ specialists all hold a master’s degree in engineering and possess up till 30 years of international experience within the energy sector. We provide highly specialized consultancy such as analyses, strategic planning and process optimisation.
Often our consultancy includes advanced model-based calculations ensuring the customer maximum value and robustness.

Employees
Employee well-being is of crucial importance to us, and it is important that Added Values is an attractive workplace. Personal and professional development is therefore central to us. Through regular one-on-one meetings, manager and employee look at achieved results, wishes and upcoming challenges. And of course, a healthy work-life balance is vital to us. In addition we ensure that the employees are always updated in terms of competencies and required education.
The employee handbook contains the more practical aspects of employment as well as information about the occupational health and safety representative, APVs, etc.
